  Beware of this place. 3.6 miles away from my house and they tell me from the time the driver leaves it takes 45 min to make the delivery. Been waiting for about an hour now.
  
  The other day, i placed an order at 1130. After I get my confirmation, they call me and tell me their ovens are off. Why are they open until 12 if they are unable to provide service/food. Horrible establishment.

  Wow, I don't usually write bad reviews but this experience sucked. So, I did the new online order feature, I liked the online experience. I created the account placed and paid the order and was given a time of 32-42 minutes. The online ordering feature tells u who makes ur pizza and what time it is completed. Pretty cool. So, after an hour of waiting I decide to call the store. They tell me they are short staffed and they will send the driver right now. Look I understand being short staffed and things happen but do u really think I want to pay $22 for a Pizza that was made over an hour ago. It takes 15 minutes just to get here from there so this order that would should have been 32-42 minutes would reach my door more than double the time and be a very old heat Lamped Pizza. That doesn't sound fresh to me. They better make sure they refund my account.

  I've order from this locations many of times and never had a bad experience like everyone else but then again i always pick up my order rather then having them deliver it. Its usually ready in less then 15 minutes. If you ever went in the store you can see how under staff and hard working they are so if you want your pizza fresh just go pick it up and tell them they are doing a good job its not like they are standing around and on their phone.

  Pizza has been very dry for months and now I realized why. When it takes 45 minutes to deliver the pizza when it is only 1 mile away and it manages to stay warm, something sucks the moisture from the pizza. Why should I have to pay to add extra cheese and sauce so my pizza isn't dry just to get a decent tasting pizza. When I called to talk to the manager Andrew states he is the manager. When I ask for the owner he says he doesn't know who that is and sets the phone on the counter. I'm done ordering pizza, back to Jo Jo. It costs more but your get what you pay for...
